Terms of Service
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of Netwarm, operated by the company registered in France under SIREN 942232950 (“Netwarm”, “we”). By creating an account, you accept them.
1. The service
Netwarm is a workspace for professionals who sell through their LinkedIn content. It lets you:
- schedule posts on LinkedIn
- see who engages with your posts and how warm they are
- share resources through Reveal links
- track people through your sales stages
- connect AI assistants through our API and MCP server
Netwarm never sends messages on your behalf. You decide whom to contact, and you contact them yourself.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and use Netwarm for professional purposes. You’re responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.
You may only track LinkedIn profiles that you own, or that you manage with their owner’s permission, as an agency or ghostwriter for example.
3. Plans and payment
- Free plan: unlimited scheduling, one audience scan and one Reveal link. Some data is hidden on this plan.
- Paid plans (Pro and Agency): billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, in advance. Prices are shown excluding VAT, and VAT is added where it applies.
- Usage: each plan includes a number of engagements per month. One engagement is one reaction, comment or reshare on a tracked profile’s posts. We alert you at 80% and 100% of your limit. Above the limit, syncing continues for a 7-day grace period, after which you can buy a top-up or upgrade. Top-ups are charged at 1.2× your plan’s rate and expire at the end of the billing cycle.
- No refunds: payments aren’t refundable, including for unused time or unused engagements.
- Cancellation: cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and isn’t refunded.
- Price changes: we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to you.
- Founding offer: customers who took the founding offer keep their discount for as long as their subscription stays active without interruption.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Netwarm to send spam, harass anyone, or contact people in a way that breaks the law, including data protection and anti-spam laws
- resell, publish or share data about people from Netwarm outside your own business
- use Netwarm to build lists for automated or mass outreach
- scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or go around usage limits
- upload illegal content, malware, or content you don’t have the rights to
- break LinkedIn’s terms when publishing through Netwarm
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your data and your content
You own your content: posts, resources, notes, targets. You give us the right to store and process it only to provide the service.
When you add notes, contact details or stages about people, or collect details through Reveal, you’re the controller of that data and responsible for having a legal basis to use it. Netwarm processes it on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement.
You can export your data or delete it at any time from Settings.
6. LinkedIn
Netwarm isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. Scheduling uses LinkedIn’s official API. If LinkedIn changes or restricts its API, some features may stop working, and we’re not responsible for that. You’re responsible for the posts you publish through Netwarm.
7. Data and AI accuracy
Audience data comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Warmth scores, comment classifications, topics, target matches and openers are produced by algorithms and AI. They’re suggestions, not facts, and you should check them before acting.
8. API and AI agents
You can use Netwarm’s API and MCP server within the daily limits of your plan: 100 requests a day on Free, 5,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Agency. You’re responsible for what your API keys and connected AI assistants do in your workspace. Keep keys secret, and revoke any key you no longer use.
9. Availability
We work to keep Netwarm available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features. If we remove a feature that’s a major part of a paid plan, you can cancel your subscription.
10. Liability
Netwarm is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost deals or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or don’t pay, after giving you notice when possible. After closure, your data is deleted within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before significant changes apply. If you keep using Netwarm after that, you accept the new terms.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Before going to court, we’ll try to settle any dispute amicably. If that fails, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
