SellsAI strategy, AI agents, training and governance for organisations, through a Microsoft-focused consultancy; talks on human-centred, responsible AI
PeriodSep 28 – Nov 4
Ideal client: leaders and decision-makers in Finnish and Nordic organisations putting AI agents to work: CEOs, founders, directors, IT and development managers. The challenge: The consultant writes in Finnish about everything at once: agents, governance, leadership, faith, neurodiversity, family. The intro post even says content pillars exist mostly to be broken. Half the people who react are other consultants, developers and students. Which posts reach the leaders who buy AI work?

Who actually reads you, and what the LinkedIn algorithm changed
Reactions on LinkedIn are public, so we read them: every person who reacted to the consultant's last 28 posts, sorted by role.
The LinkedIn algorithm shows a post first to people who already engage with you. On this profile, that first circle is mostly other AI people. The leaders are there too, and they keep coming back.

Peers are not a problem: they share, they comment, they make the posts travel. But they rarely buy AI consulting. The question for each post is how many leaders it reaches, not how many likes it gets.

What to post on LinkedIn to reach business leaders
Most consultants judge a post by its reactions. A consultant who sells should judge it by who reacted.
We tagged each of the 28 posts by topic, then measured how many leaders each topic brought, in share and per post.

6 rules for LinkedIn engagement from business leaders
These rules come from what worked on the consultant's own profile, and from the best-performing posts by Nordic AI, governance and leadership creators on LinkedIn over the last 3 months.
1
Start from a real moment, then show the design choice. The hackathon pitch opened on the consultant's own crisis and ended on how the agent escalates to a human. Leaders read the story and see the method. On this profile: the Askel pitch post reached 19 leaders, 31.1% of its reactors, the highest share.
Show the work behind the result. Listing every step of the move into AI (the courses, the hundred messages, the internship) turned a career post into proof of how the consultant works. On this profile: the career change post reached 20 leaders, the most of any post.
Tell the scene leaders have stood in. A staff meeting where nobody asks anything. An AI rollout where the guidance comes six weeks late. Leaders recognise their own week before they read the lesson.Across the niche: Pia Pihlainen's staff Q&A scene drew 1,331 likes and 64 comments.
Put a leader's question in the first line. “Can we launch the agent on Friday?” is a sentence a client has said. The answer that follows is the consulting itself.Across the niche: Tomi Pyyhtiä's two-line CEO dialogue drew 1,776 likes.
Draw governance as one picture. Five rings, six fields, three boxes: a shape leaders can take into their next meeting beats a page of principles.Across the niche: John Wernfeldt's five rings drew 2,008 likes and 189 comments.
Open on a reversal about AI at work. “AI is becoming the most efficient way to produce useless work” makes a leader stop, because it questions the budget they just approved.Across the niche: Riikka Tanner's reversal drew 320 likes and 51 comments.
When business leaders read: the best time to post on LinkedIn for AI governance consultants
We compared the share of leaders by the day each post was published, Helsinki time. 17 of the 28 posts went out between 6 and 8 a.m., so there are too few posts at other hours to compare.

5 posts ready to publish to target business leaders
Each post follows the rules above, in the consultant's voice and in Finnish. Swap in your own details before posting: the real client moment is what makes it land.

Tavallinen huoli ei ole kriisiRule 1: start from a real moment, then turn it into the design choice. Modelled on the Askel pitch post, the highest leader share on the profile.
Hook
Agentti tarjosi saman tien kriisipuhelimen numeroa. Me jouduttiin kirjoittamaan auki kolme asiaa:
→ mikä on arkea, johon agentti saa vastata
HR-agentissa, asiakaspalvelussa, IT-tuessa.Raja ei synny itsestään. Joku päättää sen.Kuka teidän organisaatiossa päättää, missä kohtaa agentin pitää sanoa: tämä kuuluu ihmiselle?

Maanantaina kaikki saivat CopilotinRule 3: tell the scene leaders have lived in, minute by minute. Modelled on Pia Pihlainen's staff Q&A post.
Hook
He tarvitsevat vastaukset kolmeen kysymykseen:
→ mihin tätä saa käyttää
→ mitä tähän ei saa koskaan laittaa
→ keneltä kysyn, kun en tiedäJos niihin on vastaus maanantaina, tiistai menee ihan eri tavalla.Mikä kysymys teillä jäi vastaamatta, kun tekoäly tuli taloon?
Visual · Text onlyNo image. The week-by-week rhythm carries the post.Check before postingThis is a composite scene, not one client: keep it anonymous and say so if asked. Adjust the tool name to what your clients really use.
Voidaanko agentti julkaista perjantaina?Rule 4: one leader's question and the answer that turns it around. Modelled on Tomi Pyyhtiä's two-line opening.
Hook
”Voidaanko agentti julkaista perjantaina?” johtaja kysyi.”Voidaan.
Julkaistiin lopulta seuraavana tiistaina.
Visual · Single imageThe five questions as a numbered list on a plain background, with an empty name line next to each.Check before postingUse a real launch conversation if you have one, kept anonymous. If not, write it as a typical situation.
Agentin luovutuskorttiRule 5: draw governance as one page leaders can reuse, then give the page away. Modelled on John Wernfeldt's five rings, built on the question in the 4 Nov post.
Hook
Tein kortista yhden sivun pohjan, jossa on täytetty esimerkki HR-agentille. Haluatko sen? Laitan linkin.

Mä en kouluta ihmisiä käyttämään tekoälyäRule 6: open on a reversal about AI at work, then give three things to check. Modelled on Riikka Tanner's “turhaa työtä” post.
Hook
Mitä he jo osaavat

LinkedIn lead generation: lead magnets that work to target business leaders
Reactions show interest. A download shows intent. The fastest way to find out which leaders are serious is to give them something useful and see who takes it.
In Finland, “comment GUIDE and I'll send it” posts get mocked: one sales creator's roast of them drew 1,117 likes. What works is a resource good enough to share without the bait. In AI and data governance, these formats get the most requests:
Format 1The 30-day planA short plan to start one governance practice, linked at the end of a framework post.
Format 2The checked free listFree courses or tools in the niche, sorted, with what is really free marked.
Format 3The ready-made AI toolkitPrompts, skills or a small agent built on the creator's own method, given away.

From reactions to clients
Content brings leaders to the profile. It doesn't say when to reach out. Most never comment, so they stay invisible, and a leader reading every agent post in November may have picked another partner by February.
On LinkedIn, the right moment to start a conversation is when someone keeps coming back. We call that Hot: 5 or more points over 90 days, where a reaction counts 1, a repost 2, a download or a reply 4.

FAQ
Real moments from the work: an agent test that went wrong, a client question before a launch, a one-page tool. Here, personal stories reached 9.7 leaders per post and agent posts brought the highest share, 18.5%.
For this consultant, Tuesday (21.5%) and Thursday (21.1%) brought the highest share of leaders and Saturday the lowest (11.4%). Wednesday brought the most leaders in total.
This consultant posts about 5 times a week, and 10 leaders came back to 3 posts or more in 5 weeks. Frequency works when each post gives leaders something to use.
Look at who reacts, not how many. Group reactions by role, measure the share of your ideal clients per post, and follow the people who keep coming back. A free Netwarm scan does this for you.
Yes. Netwarm only reads public reactions to your own posts. It never logs in as you, never asks for your password, and never messages anyone for you.
How we made this playbook
We read the public reactions on 28 posts published between 28 September and 4 November 2026 (the first 100 reactors of each post), and sorted the 625 people by role. A job ad and a short reshare were left out. Comments were not counted, so engagement figures are a floor.
Niche rules come from top posts by Nordic AI, governance and leadership creators over the last 3 months. Role groups are approximate, and headlines in Finnish and English were both read; a Netwarm scan matches people to your own ideal client.
